that wasnt my original ? ... but heres another... i know my model year dosnt have obd II and that they changed that later on... so what exacly did they do, to do that, what parts/sensors did they ad, and is there a way to up grade my trucks?
it would be more of a pain in the but than it is worth. you would have to find a 96 or 97 unless you want to go all out and swap in a newer style instrument cluster.
all dodge trucks since about 89 have had some sort of abs. my 91 is about as basic as you can get and it has rwal abs system.

i didnt ask how easy it was... i was wondering if it were posible and how cus it would open up more options for pcm and tuning
Need PCM, wiring harness, and trans.... from a 96 or 97 truck. 98 and newer means a new dash, and interior harness as well. Wiring diagrams for both trucks, LOTS of time, and patience..... It is possible, but, is it worth it?
Something else to consider would be a standalone, aftermarket system.... cost would probably be about the same, and tuning would be far easier.
