Nereaga is still around! :)
Well been a long time, been super busy with my new job. Started with my brother in law who works with a local builder. We do concrete. Porches, garages, basements, sidewalks, and all flat work. We also do rate work, ie. handicap ramps and also starting to do bridge repairs. I am working 55+ hrs a week and have no extra time now. But making some cash and saving money.
We made an offer on a house and it was accepted. Settlement is slated for April 25th. We are excited!
Also our 2nd daughter will be here by the end on May, so getting ready for that.
I'm still lurking around but life is pretty damn crazy right now. I haven't done anything to the truck in awhile. This past winter and salt is eating the rockers and cab up at a good rate now. Not gonna sink anymore money into it at this point. Gonna ride out loan and get a new Hemi or Cummings in the future.
Just thought I'd update ya guys!

Well even though I say these things, I still drive a mechanically injected 12 valve now don't I
I hate new vehicles for a variety of reasons, mostly because they are fat and overly complicated and impossible for the normal garage mechanic to work on and they are so easy to drive they cause the general public to not pay attention to what is going on around them. Smog/emissions garbage is one of the many reasons though. Why should the first $2000 I spend on hot rodding my new Cummins go towards fixing what is already wrong with it?
2 grand if wisely spent on a 12v can equal 350-400hp/700-850ft-lbs at the wheels. And trust me when I say that a 350hp/800ft-lb 12v will blow the flippin' doors off these new diesels that are rated at that (at the crank) from the factory.
