Be careful taking the intake bolts out! You will be lucky if you don't break one off. Also, check to make sure the thermostat that is included in the Hughes kit is opening at the correct temp. I installed one on mine when I did the plenum and had to go back and put the old one back in because the one they sent was opening at 145ish and was supposed to open at 195. And remember its inch pounds! The Hughes kit should come with a sheet that has both torque sequences

Ok guys. Got everything apart, mods done. New plenum plate. New Plenum gasket, new cap and rotor, new thermostat, cleaned up and put back together. All I gotta do tomorrow morning is put the brackets back on, alternator back on, AC pump back on, flush the block, change the oil, start and drive it like I stole it
Everything came apart terrifically, the intake and plenum just about fell off. No broken bolts, no issues and a bright new shiny TB mod. I am kinda scared though, everything went so smooth, something's gotta go wrong lol

Need to upload to something like photobucket or the like. And post the img code here in a thread.
Glad it went good!
I didn't have any problems with stuck/broken bolts either. I bought a new can of PB Blaster just for the project and never used it...
