Finished Front Bumper
Sorry for the long hiatus. I got the fun privilege of spending a year in the middle east(Spring break '14 anyone?!)
The good news is however, that when I got back, the first thing i did was finish this damn bumper!

So without any ado whatsoever I present to you, the finished project!

Winch is a 10K X2O by Smittybilt. We ended up using an epoxy based primer and then sprayed it ourselves. replaced Factory Fogs with the 4 in from Baja offroad. The Center bars are mandrel bent, the headlight covers are actually a straight pipe that was cut, bent and rewelded for a near perfect bend with a smaller radius than we could do with our bender.
Here is a link for complete pics of the build.

also several people were asking for dimensions for the bumper. the main body is 12" C-channel 48" wide. The sides shrink down to 8". the lip below goes from 4" in the center to 2" on the sides. front corners are 18" long.
Let me know what you all think of the finished Project!

Those fog lights look a little shrouded on the inside. Does that create any odd light patterns and forward facing blind spots at night?
