Default 318 forced induction?

Hey all, so I searched but haven't found much on the topic. Does anyone here have any opinions or thoughts on either supercharging or turbocharging a mostly stock 318? I understand the difference between the two as far as low end power from the supercharger, and the spooling process of the turbo. I just haven't found anyone that has already done it. I'm thinking I could probably run about 6 or 7 psi of boost without having to go in and lower compression, and redo heads. I think what will ultimately determine my decision is the price for either one. I plan on upgrading my torque converter when I do this. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas?

No longer remote

Not all superchargers are created equal, the only PD blower for these is the Kenne Bell, it will make boost off idle. Centrifugal blowers need RPM to make boost and only make max boost at max RPM. My turbo setup will make boost well below 2000RPM and can hit 10PSI by 2400.

Wow, I had never explored the remote turbo option. That sounds like it's helping your motor make some pretty good power quickly. Where is your turbo located at? If you don't mind me asking, which one did you use and how did you run your tubing? Also you're oil line for it?
