Well... Im at it today, replacing almost all of the front end components.... Ball joints, hubs, axle u-joints, track bar, steering box (redhead) and all lines... To replace the Broken XRF tie rod and other components, I went with original Mopar # 52122362AF steering upgrade kit, and man for under 300 bucks this looks BEEFY! on paper its designed to fit 03-08 but it is a direct fit for a 01-02 2nd gen ram (proper taper and all)... Heres a couple of comparison shots original to the OEM upgrade:

You gotta 1500? I should've just bought this when I replaced my ball joints and that one tie rod. I wasn't sure it would work on 1500s

Supposed to be a great upgrade

This makes me feel better. You should take pictures of your setup. Id like to see the angles your tie rods are at.

XRF replied to my contact request asking for more pictures of the bar I sent them and never heard back... I will take some pics of the new setup and post em up soon... I got tired of looking at the XRF sh*t lying around and scrapped em.... Even had a brand new set of their bj's, threw them right in the trash...
