you could try selling the stereo for $100 but most people probably would not pay $100 for a stock stereo when you can start getting a nice aftermarket stereo for the same price. i have not bought a stereo at the junkyard but i think the last person i talked to said $40-$50. now i have picked up my a couple dodge and chevy stereo's that have worked perfectly for free. currenlty got a delco in my 81 right now.

very. and nowhere near worth the trouble. the infinity speaker outputs are low level (for an amp) rather than high level (for a speaker), so you'd have to rout it through an amp, and if you wanted to wire in pillar tweeter nonsense, you'd need the crossovers. i'm not sure how the rear speakers wire up.

you'd be a lot better off to get a used/ebay aftermarket head with an auxillary port and MP3 capability and maybe bluetooth and all the other bells and whistles, amp (optional), and a set of speakers (new or used) and run all new wires.

Makes sense. I just like the clean look of the factory units...
