Default The truck spirit lives on

Ram still offers a six speed manual in 2500s and 3500s when paired with the 6.7L Cummins

It has 190ft lbs less torque than the Aisin hd 6-spd auto but who cares

Currently the only new full size truck that you can get a manual transmission in

Completely off topic but I found this and it made me
Happy

According to the diesel regs here, namely Wombat, a 2500 is the smallest truck you should buy anyway

So a manual transmission costs you almost 200 ft. lbs. of torque?

That's crazy.

I don't know why all of the big 3 stopped putting manual transmissions in trucks except for dodge with the 1 truck above, I guess things are changing in the auto market.

The automatics that are in the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks allow you to select your gear. There's a switch on the shift lever.
