Radiator cooling fan clutch
should the fan clutch have slight maual resistance when spinning while ingine is cold, and should have much more resistance when engine is at a hotter temperature. correct or not? my sons 1999 ram 1500 has to have water pump replace and I noticed the fan do not have very little to no resistance when I was manually turning it while eng was at 210 degrees.
