Your 360 will turn into a 408 and puke torque everywhere

Don't apologize to us we don't care. Apologize to your girlfriend when she goes for a ride after you get done and asks you why it's still slow.

Found out price for a engine kit for the 360. Going to be sticking with a stock cam, not enough money right now to go with a different cam. Getting a master kit from Northern Auto. $683 for
Stock Camshaft
Stock Lifters
Stock Timing set - no timing set, I already have a Cloyes double roller chain
Stock Pistons
Stock Piston Rings -Moly
Stock Rod Bearings
Stock Main Bearings
Stock Cam Bearings
Stock Volume Oil Pump
Stock Frost Plugs
Victor Reinz Overhaul Gasket Set - Going with Fel Pro gaskets

Just sticking with the ones from the rebuild engine, we've found nothing wrong with them yet. Haven't gotten to check warpage or any of that but I haven't seen any cracks or things like that so far...later down the road I still wanna have them replaced with either performance head or just thicker casted heads.

Have the guides checked to make sure they are within spec.
