Question shift kit

any one runnin the transgo shift kit in the 46RE?

Only most everyone on here that has the tranny rebuilt does, and they also add the sure cure kit.

thanks but jesh thats another 100+ to spend on my transmission upgrades lol
what does this kit all do for the transmission?

If you aren't having the transmission rebuilt and don't want to get into replacing all those small parts, you can do what I did and just get the manual and pressure regulator valves that are in the picture in the link from heyyou...those valves allow for converter charge in park and serve as an anti-drainback function for when you remove the check valve in the line (as you should). Did mine 10k miles ago and she shifts like a beauty...stock trans with 90k on the truck now. I'll be upgrading the governor and pressure sensors as well next time the pan is down...

i am putting in the transgo shift kit for my 46RE and i guess the http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/200976037749?lpid=82 as well. on top of those two im putting in a deep sump trans panwith a trans temp sensor
