As if that's a goal that few wish to achieve.

If you don't want to rub the control arms, yes.

Definitely different wheels. Big offset. My offset is like 3.75 or something around there but I only have 33x12.50s on right now. 35s are going on later. Would like to get a bigger offset but it looks good and doubt it'll rub anyway.

Plus you need a lift. Recommended 5" but heard of people putting 35s under a truck with 2.5" leveling kit.

And you didn't offer the trim details previously in your post here.

Anything will fit if you really want them to. Having them fit properly AND operate without modification and compromise is what everyone is looking for or at least hope so. Buying a $300+ tire only to get shredded with premature wear, bad caster, etc. is probably not what people look for in a goal.

Not meaning to smack on you FireDodge, only to point out that what people make "fit" and what they call "not a problem" lies in the details of that package (e.g., wheel backspace/offset, lift/level, control arms, trimming, etc.). Lastly, not all 35-ish tires are actually 35-ish. The BFG ATs and KM2 actually come out like 33s.

We should see pictures of these "not a problem" setups so then people can judge what they are willing to put up with in terms of rubbing or similar. Then we can see what happens when the whole tranny/lack of power/ stuff comes right after.

I'm looking at putting an 5" lift on her. I just don't know what wheels to go with. She is all black so I was thinking a black set. Just not sure where to get a nice set for a great deal that would look great with 35s on.

Haha, it's ok. I was just offering the cheapest and redneck-iest way I knew (and what has seemed to become an acceptable method in these parts). It's really a sad thing to see people around my area with improperly built/lifted/etc trucks/jeeps. I personally don't have any lift on my truck, in fact my rear leafs are dang near flat. But seeing as I run either a 315/75/16 or a 33/12.5/15, I adjusted my drivetrain to run them. With the gearing, Detroit locker, and MegaViper, my only problems now are indeed suspension which is a little out of my price range for now .

Edit: I forgot to add that I have not cut my fenders in anyway. It was in my head for this post because of a friend I was talking to earlier today. He wants to cut his on his old jeep and add flares. Sorry 'bout that!
