Friend of mine has a 2010 Charger with the V-6. for a six-banger, that car will scoot. Pleasure to drive too. Now, granted, if it were me, I would want the Hemi..... Not like the fuel economy is that different between them. I think the six gets 1 mile per gallon better around town....

 

Hi GD! Congrats on the promotion. Helped my neighbor install a Kenn Bell supercharger on his 2008 SRT charger last year. Estimated 600 HP and that thing halls butt. Good luck finding something that steals your heart!

Tried to post the other day....but laptop battery died and power cord was safely secured on the desk in my locked office....in Austin. Tried with phone, and that effort failed.


Traded Yota, brought home Chrysler 300C. Rides like it is on a cloud, and the Hemi can fly!

Finding a Charger that was not trashed was really a challenge...except for the 2012 in San Antonio...where they understated mileage by 30%, would not hold to the price they quoted....and oh yeah, it had the right front fender damaged and the headlight pushed in about an inch.

 

Hey it's just a charger. But now it's a sleeper. Those HEMI engine swill absolueltly fly.

 

Made a trip to Dallas last night around 7:30 and got in about 2:30 this morning. Out maneuvered a trooper running radar at Hillsboro as he could not get out around trucks I was running with (about 95), and I was around the bend and down the road before he could pull out. And after he passed by I got back on the next on ramp........


Had it up around 120 before I backed off. Don't know about Red Bull, but Hemi gives you wings!
