In order to alter downforce noticeably (which would decrease fuel economy....) you would need some flavor of air deflector actually designed to increase downforce. A wing of some sort.....
Not like it really matters in any event. Aerodynamic downforce is a tool of racers, used to get the most traction for high speed cornering. Something a truck will NEVER be good at.
