Yeah I bet. Ive been watching it for 2 weeks maybe 3 and it's still available, I just finally got the motivation to go find out why it isn't gone yet and maybe come home with it.

I'd like a 98 or newer so I can have more options of getting more power via tuner etc or what have you. I'm kind of limited with my 95 as far as that goes

well guys, I went to look at this truck on Saturday. It looked really nice. Interior was good also. Checked fluids and oil level was above the max line, coolant was a bit low. So I started it up and didn't see any horrible smoke roll out of it. It ran very rough at first like it was missing on a couple cylinders but then it smoothed out to normal. Check engine light was on but nobody knew what for, but they did admit it was on when it came in. Took it for a drive and it drove ok. I think the front end needed a lot of work as it felt really loose. Transmission didn't feel strong at all, felt like it slipped through every gear. All in all the engine felt the strongest. Oh and I noticed is had been flashed for the death flash too (sticker). There were decent size oil spots under it, oil and tranny. I didn't end up buying it. There was just too much to fix/worry about off the bat for my liking and my wallet. There'll be another one down the road I'm sure, just maybe not for that cheap.
