Hi folks,

PROBLEM: When I turn the low beams ON, the passenger light does not turn on.

Parameters:
1999 1500 4x4 sport with 5.9L 225K miles (and running strong!!)

Headlight configuration:
low beams and hi beams are two different bulbs, 9004 & 9007 I believe.

Symptoms:
Turn on the low beams and only the driver side comes on.
Turn on the Hi beams and both the low beam and high beams on BOTH passenger and driver side come on.

Checked so far:
Bulbs are good, checked multiple times and they are good
Checked fuses with OHM meter and they are good.
Checked wiring harnesses at light fixtures and they are snug.

Additional information:
Both driver and passenger fog lights aren't working, bulbs are new and fuses are good.

Things I've read:
Heard it could be the FCM but I'm not sure how to check it or where its at.
Heard it could be the steering column - moved it up and down with no change.


Any ideas from anyone as to what the problem might be? Any suggestions would be great.
