Default My drive through the snow!

I made a video of me driving through 6"-8" of snow and I was surprised how well my current tires did! Thought I'd share. How have you guys done in snow/ice?

Looks like fun! Where you in 4wd or 2wd?

I did the same, but going uphill in my 2wd.... (with chains)

ha ha ha... I will when it softens up a bit! That hill gets very little sun down by the bridge, hard to get a good start.

LOL that Dodge rattle. But to answer your question, I haven't had any issues.

I recently did a 270* spin out getting on the highway. Was too busy doing 2wd donuts in a parking lot a few minutes earlier to remember to switch back to 4x4 . Luckily the on coming cars were paying attention and didnt slam into me. I was also happy that my rear bumper was fine after hitting the median, just a little scratch on the trim.

My truck does good as long as I leave it in 4wd. It is embarrassing how bad it does when it's in 2wd. Regular cab short box plus open diff and mud tires isn't a very good combo for winter roads. lol

I was in 4WD and weighed her down, and did pretty freakin good! Even plowing through fresh snow on some back roads. And yep, that rattle would be my cracked dash haha

as a new member to the north. MN i have drove around in 2 wheel quite a bit. a few weeks ago we had a bad snow storm so i had no choice to drive in 4wheel. let me tell you, that truck felt solid to the ground. i felt very comforatable driving in the snow with 4 wheel.
