As far as the second part of your story -- the idiots at the FAA were conned by *someone* that ASP.Net is "the way to go", and these morons think that [if] the Airmen system is migrated from mainframe ADABAS/Natural
to VB.Net that Phase 3 means "upgrading" to ASP.Net.

Its been about 3 years, but today I decided to awaken the beast. Forgot how loud this thing is. It beats your chest in at idle. Fired right up though.

What the heck is COBOL lol... I know it's a programming language, never even looked at a line of COBOL code personally.

Since the subject is out there...

Anyone ever used REXX? (Think: DOS days...)

Heavily built Pontiac 400. I'm not sure whats all done to it, but my brother has more than twice as much in the engine than what he paid for the entire car. Have the original numbers matching 301 engine put away.

Unfortunately, my brother's going through a divorce, so he asked me to get it out of the garage, and try to sell it.

Tincan's right. It'll pass everything except a gas pump.

Sell it? Bummer. Should be worth some good money though, especially with the original engine.

A Formula that came with a 301?? talk about anemic.....

Nice Firebird! Always liked them!

I don't know anything about COBOL, but I use C# just about every day.

Someone at the FAA obviously sees nothing at all wrong with dating outside one's own species. Ain't no new news here, eh?

Consider yourself fortunate. It makes my brain ache to see that crap, even though I was once proficient in it.
