Congrats RR! Hope everything goes well!

When I was younger we went to a Cabella's stora that had an amazing showcase of an African savannah full of taxidermied animals, they had a lion making a leap for a zebra and such like setups. It was pretty cool, seeing everything in life-size.

Geez, there's a guy on FB who's pissed at me for telling him he shouldn't run nitrous on a stock 318. Lol. All he's done is headers and CAI. Calling me and the other guys haters. LMAO. I wonder when a video will show up on YouTube, 'Magnum 318 blows up on nitrous'. I'm watching

Cabela's was AMAZING! was sooo hard to not buy things. Being out of state, I didn't think I could buy guns and ammo. Well..... Found out differently. Had to peel myself away from that section quickly!

Appointment went well, things look good so far!

I've got both a Cabela's and a Bass Pro Shop in my area. Cabela's has an impressive selection of taxidermied animals, they even have an Elk that my uncle killed. Bass Pro Shop takes the cake on the taxidermied animals though, they have everything from wild hogs, whitetail deer, mule deer, and black bears to zebras, lions, polar bears, and gazelles. I do, however, like the prices better at Cabela's, they seem cheaper.

Cabela's is an hour north east from me in Maine, bass pro shop is an hour west from me. Haven't been to bass pro shop yet, but I have a slight feeling they'd be cheaper than cabelas. At cabela's I paid almost 5 bucks in sales tax. At bass pro shop I wouldn't pay anything for sales tax, as its in NH and there isn't a sales tax here.

Wow, in Iowa it's 7% sales tax, I've heard of a lot higher taxes in other areas.

Maine is 6% I believe... I ended up spending like 85 bucks and the total came to just over 90. But I had a 10 dollar off coupon, so I got lucky!

I don't know the rate but sales tax in North Carolina is a bitch.

Stolen from Uncle Google:

"The North Carolina (NC) state sales tax rate is currently 4.75%. Depending on local municipalities, the total tax rate can be as high as 7.25%. County and local taxes in most areas bring the sales tax rate to 6.75% – 7% in most counties but some can be as high as 8 or 8.25%."

I must have been shopping in a high tax rate area...
