I noticed that several of them did not have their seat belts on and some had earphones on. Here in the free state of Illinois that would be a fine at the least.

I was wondering the same thing about the earphones myself....I would think that they would hinder someone from hearing ambulances or fire trucks or something...

Same could be said for loud stereos..... I know that here in Michigan, "headphones" while driving is a no-no.

anybody see that dodge announced the 2015 Challenger SRT HELLCAT ?!?!?!

factory supercharged 6.2L hemi, and they claim it is the most powerful engine chrysler has put in a car to date. They even had to redo all of their engine test equipment to dyno the engine.

comes with option of a beefy 8 speed automatic or a viper 6-spd manual with upgraded clutch and added external transmission cooling to aid in longevity of the trans.

in other words this 6.2L hemi is far more powerful than the viper v10s...

they redesigned the exhaust and intake. intake actually comes through the inner headlights which are just snorkels for the supercharger. Exhaust is active and designed for quiet mode or louder performance mode.

Down here in Ioway you're not supposed to have it in both ears. One is okay. But I don't wear a headset in my ears unless it's an emergency while driving and I have to be on the phone. Otherwise I have a handsfree system.

Seatbelt laws are sorta funny down here. All front seat passengers must wear seatbelts, and all passengers under the age of 18 must wear seatbelts. Otherwise no seatbelts are required. By law that is - cops seem to think differently. I personally think ALL seatbelts should be required. Oh, and it's legal to ride in the bed of a truck at highway speeds here . That's dumb...

It's my position that the US & State/Local Governments have NO right to tell anyone they have to wear a seatbelt.

I think under 18 it should be a law to wear a seatbelt. Because some parents are stupid.

Over 18 you're an adult and can make your own dumb decisions.
