Rolling through a stop sign onto a dead end street

At the wife's brothers for the weekend. It's about 8 hours south and very close to the border.

This is Lake Erie. Directly across are the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania. I'm literally right next door to my American friends at the moment

 

Right next door if you are a good swimmer. Oh, and by the way, this time of year, the water is REALLY cold.

 

Got one of them before myself. I showed up to traffic court fully expecting to have to pay the $150 fine, but they reduced it to "improper equipment" and sent me on my way with a $25 fine. IMO, if you at least show up, they will reduce those kinds of tickets.

 

You have to go to traffic court for that type of thing? Really? I have never gotten a ticket before but from Ive seen up here in Ontario we can just go to the office for that and pay there.

 

You don't have to, but you can choose to "fight" the ticket and go to court. I got a reckless awhile ago (i was forced to go to court for it) and it got reduced to a speeding ticket.. Well, thanks to my very expensive lawyer :P

 

Oh yes way too cold. I can't believe the temperature difference though between southern Ontario and 8 hours north where I'm from. A good 10 degree average difference. There's no snow here at all. Back home there's still guys ice fishing and we still have a foot of snow!! Apparently the snows been got gone a month here. Maybe it's time to move down here LOL

 

Last time I went swimming was when I was 6 or 7. These boiling temps outside have me thinking about going swimming...
