Thanks for your help!
Does anyone have a list of the brands that
behave well with our trucks?
Cam sensor/distributor pickup
Crank sensor
Throttle pos. sensor
And any others that should be replaced
with 100,000 mi. on it that might help mileage/performance?

Crank sensor is best from dealer. Aside from that, Standard Motor Products aren't too bad. AC/Delco, Denso, are both OEM suppliers. Airtex, Duralast, and various other 'house' brands are the ones to avoid like the plague.
