Welp we're moving to Fredericksburg!

Place will be ready the 13th (Friday) then gotta move the fam up.

3 bedroombedroom, 1.5 bath 2 level for $1195/month. Not bad.

1195 a MONTH? Seriously? And you consider that "not bad"? Damn. My house PAYMENT is sub-400 dollars a month..... and that includes taxes and insurance..... 3 bedroom, 1 bath, two-story (2300 square feet) siting on three and some change acres.

 

I'm in a two bedroom. 1.5 bath apartment. just under 1000 sq feet and rent is 898 total a month(I have a roommates). And that's some for the cheapest around here. That's not sketchy.......

 

Northern Virginia has some of the most expensive real estate in the country.

If I had the exact same place in Fairfax County it would cost $2200 to $2500 a month.....

 

Glad I live here instead... I couldn't afford rent there.

 

I start work as a moving truck driver in 10 days

Pay is good and it has full benefits too.

DMV took over an hour to transfer my license back to Iowa.

Now I gotta get my DOT physical.

They've got some real nice trucks.

They've got one or two old GMC C6500's but they are nice enough.

The rest of their fleet are new International DuraStars.

we found out monday, that its another girl.... we have Emma Grace picked out for her name, and she comes into this world via c-section on June 24th, 2015!

 

We know what causes that now.
