Do you have a good muffler shop near you? I have my Delta 50 custom installed with dual outlets and they welded around the spare. Can't fit anything bigger than a stock 245 under there but at least it does. I'm not familiar with the "heartthrob" kit so this may not help but thought I'd mention my experience.

 

The Flowmaster 50 kit I had didn't allow the spare either. Muffler shop made it work with when I swapped the Carven in.
