Default Breaking power

Ive lost breaks almost completey.
Replaced the following
calipers
breaks all around
rotors drums
master cylinders.
Front break lines. everything I can.

Ideas

Have you bled the brakes? If you have air in the lines that will make your brakes not work.

Can you explain more about how you have lost your brakes? Do you mean the pedal goes to the floor and the truck doesn't stop? Or are your brakes hard to push? Just replacing parts isn't the way to fix the problem. Need to figure out what is wrong first.

Did the rear line blow out? Losing any fluid??

no air in lines. only think left is the master cylinder. Breaks were toast all around. Before break job. pedal straight to the ground. after break job mid point maybe. There is no hydraulic pressure to stop the truck. Break light on in truck. Hasn't went out, so im thinking master cylinder. Everything that i replaced was way over due anyway.

Did you pump up the brakes before you tried to drive it?

yes I did. They were tight before i started the truck, then to the floor

Yes then my guess is your master cylinder is bad. Sounds like you got a rig that had not been well loved.
