Is it sacrilege to do this to the doors? Is there a way to do it right? I have always thought these would be sweet for how I use my truck.

 

They give you a better view around the camper/trailer/whateveritis behind you. Used to be, those were standard on pick up trucks.

In the end, it's all about what YOU want. If you like 'em, put 'em on.

 

The problem is I do like them. I'm never going to get myself to drill the holes though, I bet. I can buck up and live with the factory style towing mirrors even though I've never been a big fan of that particular styling. They are indeed functional for towing purposes and can be folded in otherwise and that's the what counts.
