will not start when cold outside have to leave key on then in 5 to 15 minutes starts to make a clicking sound at the relay box when clicking stops power is sent to fuel pump truck starts and runs fine any ideas checked relays they are all in spec

 

That's bizarre. What AREN'T you getting when it won't start? Will it crank? Do you get spark?

Does this mean you replaced it(fuel pump relay) with known good one?

Time to do some investigating, Either the pcm is not getting power from the ignition switch or the pcm is bad or has a wiring (bad connection) issue. The fuel pump should prime as soon as you turn the key to on.

 

I had the same problem and it was the computer they're about $260 on i believe its called best computers rebuilt don't make new ones anymore
