I'm sorry to hear that. But look okay it this way, your friend is in a better place and doesn't have to deal with all the bull**** here on Earth. At least you celebrated his memory. Again, I'm truly sorry.

Thank you, fanatic. He was a great mentor and mechanic who helped me do my clutch, steering gear, rear main, etc. in his huge shop. Just a man's man who always laughed and served both the community and his church well. He will be greatly missed.

We do need more men like him to help those younger along the way (like me). I'm afraid they are dying off and yes, I 100% agree with the bs in this world getting much worse. Thank God for Dodgeforum as it helps keep me a little sane.

My dad was that guy for me he got me into cars and I don't know everything but I know enough to save money. We do need more people who care about their community and the next generation, maybe the world wouldn't be going down the crapper if they did

Default lots of broken stuff...

Had about an hour today. Got the rear bumper off and tailgate. Tailgate will be repairable. Something has the driver door latch stuck, it's loose but I can't open it - yet. The OD housing is garbage, I'll have to pull the rear driveshaft and the wiring/tubing off the transfer case to get it out of there and have a closer look at it.
