In some need of a little help with my 1996 dodge ram 4x4 1500 5.9l. In the process of getting my truck ready for this years hunting season i started changing all of the senors/sender out. Well when i got to the devil temperature controls switch sender, that's right behind the alternator and right next to thermostat is when it all began. I took out the old one and tried putting a new one that it calls for, and it doesn't fit "just a tad to big" went back and there was another part that had been the same number, and everything but with the letter b at the end. Tried that one for giggles and had the same problem. Well now we are all just like what the heck is going on here, so i just decided to put the old one back in, and low and behold my prayers most definitely wasn't answered!!!! Really!!! Now the old one doesn't fit either. This was 3 weeks ago and i'm still trying to find answers...... Ugh any help out there???
