driver fender help

Default driver fender help

i have a 2000 dodge ram1500 4x4 196,000 miles
i'm trying to replace my driver front fender and for some reason some one had welded the original fender on does anyone know how i can remove the fender without removing the wheel well?
i'll try to post a video
it won't let me upload a video on here so it's on youtube

May have to pull the fender well, just so you can get it off and separate them.... Sorry man...... I really don't think that should be welded there......

yea that was my fear lol idk why they welded that

I believe that is all factory. They look like spot welds I didn't see any beads. That looks to be a factory fender

so instead of taking the wheel well out as well is there an easier way to get the fender off ?

Drill out all the spot welds is the only option. Harbor freight sells a 90 degree drill that helps

Only reason I'm saying it's factory are those spot welds are too perfect for a DIYer
