Default 2nd gen 1500 NO HEAT *HELP*

Ok so i bought a 1998 ram 1500 360 last week and running through and fixing some issues it has. One of them is the fact that it has no heat. I flushed the heater core twice and hoses on both sides get hot so I don’t think the heater core is clogged. I then began looking into the blend door and noticed that the truck was completely missing the blend door actuator. I see where it’s suppose to go but, it was missing. Including the wires and plug that goes to it. I got a used blend door from pull a part off a 1999 1500 and clipped the wires that way if I do need to splice any wires I have the plug that goes into the blend door. My question now is - WHERE the hell are the original wires that go to the blend door plug. I checked under the carpet thinking maybe it was tucked away, i checked every easily accessible part of the dash and can’t find it anywhere. I need to know where the blend door actuator is wired into that way I can possibly see about wiring it in myself if possible, or finding the elusive original wiring. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as it’s gotten cold and I need heat lol.

THANKS

On the 98, the blend door is still cable actuated. If you twist the temp **** from one extreme to the other, you should hear the door thump on the stops. (assuming it's quiet in the cab. )
