Tires are not a concern I'm sure i could locate some, I probably have some on other wheels that would hold air even. I know several people that change tires, i could get some. Its more so is the effort worth it. The cse works to my knowledge. The truck drove on and off the trailer and 4x4 was required due to flat tires and wheels spinning in the riims.

 

The question of value is really personal. It sounds like you have a decent platform to start with... It runs, it drives, the 4x4 works.... probably didn't get a chance to get the trans thru all of it's gears though. Yes, it's gonna need some work. Will it ever be worth what you have to invest to make it road worthy???? That's a question only you can answer.

Worst case, it would make for a fun project truck. Just go into it knowing that if you decide to sell it, yer gonna lose yer shirt.
