So ordered new seat cushion and for drives side, bout ready to finish up my rock auto order, was gonna order 9+ sport head lights and get the brite box conversion kit from genos, my truck as fog lights factory but they dont currently work, havent diagnosed at all why, but my question is they sell the brite box with or without fog lights and im wondering does the brite box control the fog lights automatically and remove the need for factory switch? if so id probably just go that route

HeyYou, I know we discussed valve springs with cam on my other post. I guess im curious if they are something I should invest in if/when i pull my heads or if I can get by just fine withou out em? Having a hard time finding much option for springs. At 300$ for 16 on the mopar ones i cant imagine there wouldn't be a cheaper option?
Reached out to flyin ryan looks like they're on hold for a couple weeks playing catchup but that should give me time to get everything back together and ready for tuning

Well, consider how many miles you have on the current springs. Question becomes, how long do you wanna run this motor? Just till you get something else built? Or, for the foreseeable future? If the latter, then new springs would be a real good idea. If you can, figger out who made your cam, and see what they recommend for it.

After adding up the cost of tuning, close to $1000, plus needed parts, i think the whole cam snd tuning is going on hold for the time being again. I was hoping cam was mild enough tuning wouldn't be needed in the short term, whats needed in tuning to run the cam just more fuel? could i just buy a box programmer for the timing being instead

As a matter of fact, it is indeed red. I think I posted a picture in my "Replacement Truck" thread when I bought it. (4 years ago?)
I changed my water pump 'just because' when I did my timing set. I think I went in there because the timing cover was leaking coolant between it, and the engine block.....
