Default Tires and Rims

Hey, this is my first post. I've been lurking on the site for a while. If this is in the wrong spot lmk. I need help knowing if the rims and tires I want will fit properly. I've done a bunch of reading and the only thing I'm not sure on is the hub bore size.

The second link is just a representative picture. The description shows they're 8x6.5

Ok. Missed that.

Yep, you need the 8 lug. The zero offset fellers should fit pretty will, and be close to factory backspacing. (first link) The dodge rims, I do believe, are lug-centric. (the lug nuts keep them centered properly) so as long as they will fit over the hub, yer good. Going with 17's is a good choice, as there are a larger tire selection available for 17's, and they are cheaper.

If you have 3.55 gears in your differentials, you will definitely notice the larger tires though.

Cool thanks. I'm getting a tune up and new exhaust at the same time so hopefully it offsets and I won't notice much lol.

Those tires are 33" tall. If you have 3.55 gears, you WILL notice a loss of get-up-and-go when taking off from a stoplight. You will also need to have the speedometer calibrated to accommodate for the larger tires. With a 1999 truck, I believe some tuners can adjust the PCM to make the speedometer read correctly.

Yeah I'm aware of all that. It's worth it to me tho, I can't handle the training wheels anymore.
