Bought it!
I bought it! Drove absolutely brilliantly. I'll post some better pictures when I pick it up next week.
I presumed it was a grey/gray import from new because it carries the correct age number plate for a 2001, but I dug around and it was delivered new in Belford, NJ, and imported to the UK from Florida in 2016.
Does it have enough lights? Be careful with the truck. Is it still LHD or has it been converted to right hand drive? I can't tell because of the glare on the windshield. I can see the wipers haven't. The police around here have issues with a bunch of extra lights if you use them. I watched a car flash it's headlights at an on coming truck once with it's headlights on high beam. The truck flashed back it's extra light bars. The car then lit IT'S light bar up, with red and blue lights, turned around and pulled the truck over. ( Yay!)
Seriously, get a ladder and tape measure and see how tall that puppy is! I see an off road jack and other stuff on the headache rack. If you go through a drive through, make sure you have the clearance. I sold a Class B camper to a guy once. It was 9'2 tall but I put 9'6 over the windshield. He ended up taking it under a 8'8 bridge. Goodbye roof a/c unit.
If it's still LHD, be careful passing other cars on the road. I remember one of the hosts on Top Gear before it ended driving a LHD Mustang and nearly plowing into another car when passing.

Thanks. Really not keen on the third gen wheels but I can forget about finding some factory rims in the UK for a decent price.
And of course! I do my best car buying in the rain. I can't see any of the scratches so I'm more tempted to buy.
I've found a lot of cars seem to run better in the rain. Mopar and Ford use the same bolt pattern on the trucks. However, the center register is different. On cars, you can put Mopar wheels on a Ford, but the center hole on a Ford has to be enlarged just a bit to go on a Mopar. The wheels on my truck came off a Ford, but they were universal wheels so I just painted them and slapped some tires on them.
I think you won't need really aggressive tires for your truck. Those tend to slurp fuel and at 2 1/2 times as much per gallon as here, I'd be even more of a che...er...thrifty individual than I am. If you find some nice wheels, put tires on them and keep your old ones for back ups. The wheels on my truck were originally the chrome ones like yours. I found some used alloy wheels and painted them black. I like black wheels as they look sharp, and don't show brake dust. (I'm old and lazy.)
I sort of wish I had your cab. My rear doors don't open.
I know the Brits often make comments about their weather. I'm farther south than you. (The 38th parallel is less than a mile south of my house.) Be thankful for the Gulf stream or when you get your truck home, it could look like this.
On the other hand, while I have larger tires and engine, your truck could handle it.
