It is not on computer
but Chrysler did sell (probably still does)
an official Handbook
called something like:

Body Builders manual for Dodge Ram Pickups

which is a large format book
with drawings and charts on dimensions
of the Ram.

It is meant for RV companies, aftermarket pickup tool bed makers, Customizers, etc.

I have the version for the 1995 Ram
but the book is at my vacation house right now
and I can't get to it to give the exact title.

This official DCx place sells it:

I am now where i can get to my copy of the

"Dodge Truck 1995 Body Builders Guide"

On the second page it says the cost is
$25
and the address for purchasing is

Dodge Truck Merchandising
PO Box 3315
Livonia MI 48
ATTN: Dodge Truck Body Builders Guide

The first two thirds of this book are mostly electrical wiring diagrams
but the back third is engineering drawings.

I assume that have a guide for any of the model years.

obviousally i missed something on here lol

however if your looking for a 3D image of your truck to try graphics on head down to your local decal shop most of them have that software so you can add whatever you want and see what it looks like, if you have a buddy there he may give you a copy, there is a link on here somewhere as well that you can change variables such as lift and tire size and see what it'll look like too but that would take some searching to find, let me know if you really want it and ill see if i can find that thread

Because it was hosted on that users local machine, not at a hosting site. As it has been more than six years since he posted that, I wouldn't hold my breath on hearing back from him.

The original RAM development was done in CATIA® I believe.
