1994 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 reg cab long bed

From 167K miles till now - 188K
Replaced:
Engine
Tranny
Rear End
steering gear box
radiator
entire exhaust
shocks
wiper motor
radio
brakes - including lines
u-joints
Rebuilt front end
ect

Overall truck is very poorly built, I am going to a GM product for my next truck as my family has luck with them - 1994 fullsize chevy blazer entirely original w/310K miles and towed a 6k+ trailer its whole life and is still in great shape - 1997 chevy 3500 dually 190k all original and in great shape, just towed a 10K pound trailer from Wisconsin to Washington state and back with no problems.

Bought it wrecked. Replaced front diff, transmission, and transfer case. Added Rough Country 3 inch suspension lift. Shortly after had front diff completely rebuilt.
*
Just recently had to replace a/c evap and while I was at I put in a crack-free dash!!
*
Still need to replace passenger door from rust (have used, rust-free door in garage), and need a set of clear headlamps to replace my yellow ones.

2001 6 Banger with a 5 speed, 176,890k. It's been through hell and back several times. Had beach and regular water run through the engine. She's starting to go downhill now.

Replaced clutch, rebuilt tranny, water pump, and front 2 hubs. And 2 new heads for it.

2001 QC 2500, Sport, 4x4 with 5.9 V8 and 5 speed manual tranny.

Well, last I posted was just over 200,000 miles. Now...just under 239,000 and I'm burning enough oil to compete with the BP oil disaster in the gulf feels like....lol.

Rear end replaced with e-locker (awesome replacement) few other little odds and ends but nothing major. Dash is in perfect shape, seats torn and seat heaters don't work (haven't in quite a while), a couple of spots of rust on the bed starting to show up but I think that is primarily due to damaged caused by a chic running a red light and hitting my right rear behind the wheel....barely felt the hit..lol. And boy did it really mess up her BMW.

I've carefully considered my options on the engine and I've decided to do a complete repower away from the 5.9 v8 and installing a newer 6.7 Cummins powerplant. Then I'll be good to go for about 500k miles or so more.
