216,000 still runs pretty strong!
i had to change both fron u joints, get a new brake drum and brake cylinders, changed the plenum, new fender, had a problem with IAC so I changed that, had to change the valve seals (took care of that and plenum at the same time!
Problems i have now that i havent had the money or time to fix is front and rear axel seals are shot lol leaks all gear oil out
need new front end ball joints on all the track bars! yikes
trans surges and pretty sure i have shot head valves but it still runs like a champ!

1998 Ram 1500 5.9 169,000
Problems:
Rusting bottoms of doors
Horn Doesn't work
Leaking Plenum(fixed with hughes)
Also redoing the whole front suspension since everything is still stock and there is a crap load of play
Also upgrading front and rear brakes to 2500(8800gvw) Calipers, 3500 rear wheel cylinders. for under $200 :-D

-Plugs, Wires, Cap, rotor and coil-due to process of elimination on rough idle problem
-new battery
-both O2 sensors-solved rough idle problem through process of elimination and help from the folks from this forum
-TPS and IAC sensors-more process of elimination
-Drivers side wheel bearing
-All new u joints
-new shocks all around

2001 105k water pump, evap core, and whatever the hell its doing now... idling up when i press in the clutch or have it in neutral when doing more than 5 mph... got a thread about it on here if anyone has any suggestions
