Default Nealy 1/4 Mil.

246,xxx

1994 Ram 1500 2wd. I bought it new, had the torque converter go out on the way home from the dealership the day I picked it up

I have a folder full of stuff I've repaired and had repaired on the truck, mostly normal wear items, oh and the occasional transmission rebuild. To date have not had any major engine work done. Two months ago I did have the timing set and chain replaced but that's it(crossing fingers!).

I have a 97 dodge ram 2wd with the 5.2.. It just hit 222,000. I've had the tranny rebuilt with a shift kit and replaced the whole cooling system: water pump, radiator, hoses, thermostat etc.. Runs like a dream. Suspension doesn't make a single sound and none of it has ever been replaced. Love it!

My 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Laramie Single cab short bed 4x2 5.2L 318magnum just turned 38k miles and the fuel pump went. Not what I had expected with all the burnouts and offroading I've done to her so far. Ive gotten up to speeds of 80mph on dirt, Ruined Walmarts parking lot, I gas the hell out of that 318 magnum and put that poor trans through its paces day to day and it just keeps going I put 2k miles on in 5 weeks. Gotta love mopar and the tanks they build.

Yes sir it is. My pa bought in new in 98 after his silverado blew a head gasket. He drove it till 2002 when he passed. Drove it once or twice a month up till 2007 were it sat till May of this year with 36,000 miles exact on it. Turned the key and it started right up lol factory battery still has life only thing it needed was brakes the right rear line rotted so i replaced the entire brake system all the plugs flushed the fuel system and replaced the fuel pump with a crapy chinese ebay buy (I went cheap and look where it got me...) replaced the oil and filter on the engine and tranny and topped off the diff.
