Just turned 250,000 I haven't owned the truck very long, but I know I just put in it's 3rd transmission.

 

98 ram 5.2, new steering stabilizer because I crushed it wheeling. 119,000

06 ram 5.7, nothing. 5,900

 

bout 150 on my 98 5.2 just bought it so dont know what has been replaced... i know it has new tires lol and the tranny shifts and feels good so that might be new

 

176000 with just normal wear and tear items needing replaced. Transmission just started acting up this week.

 

213000 99 1/2 2wd 5.2 all repairs even every oil change done at the dealership
still runs like the day it was new

Fixed:
Plenum
TPS
thermostat (one of the spring support prongs broke leaving it open all the time)
Spot welds at the fender to hood hinge mounting bracket broke, fixed with 3 1/4" bolts (bottom 2 out of 5 spot welds broke...probably from crappy nerf bars mounted to the body mounts). It was making a irratating poping noise every time the body would flex.

 

173,000...mainly a lot of hub assembies and universals...trans front seal has a slow leak so have to pour a quart in every few months but thats expected on original trans..suprising since its an auto..wish it was a 5 speed though
