97Ram sport, 160,000 No major problems, just normal ware parts. 2000Ram, 120,000 New motor at 70K, and then a sensor problem this year that drove me nuts.
117k...tune ups, fluid changes, usual stuff. Worst issues were a cracked radiator tank and the plenum gasket. Regular tranny maint and replacing the crappy OEMcooler system are keys to longevity.
Track bar is a Lindstad unit.
I got 95,000 on my 2000 ram, 5.9 auto. Dash cracked to hell. Heater core. Possible water pump. oh and I had to replace the tires too, i was really pissed about that..
97 Ram 1500 4x4.125,300 and counting. Water pump, rear endm and the heater core is bypassed. And just yesterday the dash split down the middle. Other than that the truck runs great!
1994 ram 1500 w/ 318 just turned 406,000 last night...ive replaced the timing chain and gears once at about 60,000, 2 trannys (140,000 and at 400,000), 2 fuel pumps (90,000 and at 400,000), 1 rear end (350,000) thats all that has been changed besides oil and brakes...oh yeah still has the original plugs, wires, cap and rotor...and yup she will still burn the tires through 2nd gear without power braking and gets 20.4mpg on the highway....
