Default Lights and Siren on my Dodge, try it again

If everyone is done bickering on that thread, we can do this over, seeing how a moderator locked out the thread. The petty **** is getting old on this forum.

I have a Whelen 6 strobe 90 watt in my truck, 4 in the front headlights, 2 in the tails, they do a real good job moving traffic, and yes I am a Fireman and EMS, and my vehicle is alsoa state certified emergency vehicle.I also have 6 Nova slultra's 40 head LED's I havent hooked up yet. I have wig-wags tapped into my fog lights which works out very nice. Was never much into big light bars on single cab vehicles.

Only issue with the strobes are at night, using bright lights can drown out the center 2 strobes but the I have them in turn signals also, If your looking for space saving, strobes in the headlights are the way to go, install was pretty easy.........goodluck

yes pics would be nice to see, and at least you're a legit Firefighter to be using these lights

but you still have to drive within the law, and mostly thats what the other thread was being argued about.

Sometimes people have to agree to disagree. I am all grown up and understand how important it is for people not to go around playing Hawaii Five'0. I have a wife and kids and understand the neccessity for the lights to be reserved for true emergencies. On the other hand, when I was a kid there was guy that had bought a used cop car. He had one of those magnetic lights that you reach ou the window and stick to the roof. He would pull people over and then speed past them honking the horn and laughing. We all thought it was pretty damn funny. We also got a chuckle out of it when his car got impounded by a real cop. His folks, however found absolutely no humorin any of it.He rode the bus the rest of the way through high school. All and all he was an alright guy.

the only reason the last forum got locked is because people assumed ****. They assumed just because i have a light and siren, that i go thru town code 3 and try adn pull ppl over. I never once said i did that. nor have i. And the vid was taken in my damn yard. Not in town. so sinister....back the **** off
Can't you just play nice?

Anyhow..................I have a hard time getting good pics of these lights, maybeI can get a video posted.

Yes I still have to drive within the law, emergency stops etc.... etc....doesn't meanI do not push it, and I do speed, but I keep it at a safe speed. I have had law enforcement pull over and let me by, but like I said, I travel at reasonable speeds, doesnt do much good If I don't make it to the scene does it?

Goodluck with your lights, feel free to resume your debate..........lol

Dont get me wrong, i was not trying to start anything with my initial question. And i did not accuse you of driving with the lights and sirens on. I just dont understand WHY a 16 yr old would have those on his truck. Those are reserved for emergency vehicles responding to emergencies. By the tone of your responses I could definately see you going "code 3" driving down the road.
Luckily i dont live in the country, at least anywhere near you.

You are right pashtrd.

This kid needs some serious adult supervision. Perhaps the local law enforcement officials in Lillington, North Carolina should be made aware of the posts that young Devon Denike is making. Some of them might want to talk to him about his COOL truck! Most departments have email addresses and contact info on the web.

I'm a first responder and don't want to be a pain in his rear, but I wouldn't want to be the first responder in NC that scoops his body or his victims off the highway when he runs someone off the road running code! (Iknow, I know....he's just using it in his yard!)
