The single in dual out muffler (the one flowmaster gives you with the exhaust kit), isn't that loud, it gives you a nice rumble and you can hear it in the cab good, but if you want louder get a cherry bomb (glass back) or something like that [sm=tongue.gif]

That sounds pretty good, i'm just worried about in-cab noise for long trips.

Bigschwerm I noticed you went up to 24lb injectors, is that due to the mods of your heads and intake? Also I keep asking what is a flashed pcm and what are the benefits but has yet to get a response. Also I myself am planning to true dual my truck but where did they run the driver side exhaust pipe, on my 98 4X4 the gas tank sits right smack in the middle of the run.

A "flashed" PCM is a reprogrammed computer. The computer (PCM) has "flash" (re-writable) memory in it. A ROM is Read Only Memory (you can't change it) and is non-volatile (doesn't dump the program when power is removed). RAM is Random Access Memory ... you can write to it all day long ... but it dumps its contents when power is removed. A Flash-ROM *CAN* be written over (like RAM) but is also non-volatile (like a ROM). Our computers have Flash-ROM's in them ... so to "flash" a PCM is to replace the stock programming with modified settings.

And how does one get their computer "flashed"? What are the benfits? It must be worth doing because almost evryone on this site lists a "flashed" PCM.
