you can buy larger lugnuts with the same size thread so that is not a problem, you can go to any local auto store, bring both lugnuts and say what you need. iirc all third gens are 5 on 5.5 just like the 2nd gens so they will fit the pattern. as for tires, it won't be hard to find them, but they are pretty expensive...

The pcd is the lug pattern which is 5 on 5.5 in standard

 

then what does the pcd 5x139.7? thats not 5 on 5.5 is it?

 

pcd is the lug pattern. 5 x 5.5 is the same as 5 x 139.7mm.......139.7mm equals 5.5 inches

they will fit your truck, but you may need to buy new lug nuts..i doubt it but it is a possibility...just check out any online tire website or go into a local store. i found some 285/60r18's...11.22inches wide, by 31.36 is the clossest to 31 you'll get. But like i said they can get pretty pricey depending on the tire design you want...but you want some mts you'll have to go with a larger tire....you can get some bfg at's 285/65r18's that are a little over 32 inches for almost 250 dollars...go to this site and play around with the aspect ratios..the first number is width of the tire in mm, the second is the aspect ration (height of sidewall by percentage of the width)..http://1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp
