Daytime running lights can be shut off by pressing the e-brake. The fog's shouldn't be on unless the parking/headlights are on though...

Are they the stock fogs? I would check the wiring on them, sounds like someone wired them to come on when the key was turned.

That would be my first thought.

Pull the cover off the interior fuse box and see if there is a small wire coming off the top of the fuse panel. Off the top meaning where you pull and replace fuses. Just like stick said.......are they factory fogs?

There might be a relay somewhere as well.

Good luck with your ride.

I agree. The only time my fog lights come on are with my switch. Actually, thats the only time any outside lights come on. I didn't know these trucks had daytime running lights.. Not all of them came with them, right?

My '99 Ram does not have daytime running lights. I hate those daytime lights, so annoying.[:'(]

My foglights are the same as everyone elses, come on only when I pull the headligh switch in either parking light / headlight mode.
