does any one know if its possable to put a third generation hood, front bumper, headlights ect on a 98 ram? any info would be greatly apreciated.

 

i dont think the lines or body will match up. and it sounds like alot of work to do that. why not just buy a 3rd generation dodge for that

 

Anything is possible with the right amout of money but it'd probably be cheap to just buy a 3rd gen. I've never seen one and I don't think anyone makes a kit yet and probably won't for lack of demand.

 

well im curently the proud owner of a 98 ram with quite a bit done to it allready. I was just trying to think of a way to set the body apart a bit since they dont seem to make body kits for it.

highly doubt they will just bolt right up. everything on these trucks are diffrent when they switched over. you can do a headlight conversion but it wont line up with our bumpers. you can probally make a 3rd gen bumper work but then the grille wont line up.. you know? just not worth it

it would be a job, but it can be done. but 2nd gen. Rams look a lot better.
