yea its going to mess alot up. id start saving for a new trans right now, also ur rear end gear is prob. getting messed up. not to mention that the rear end gear is 60% weaker in reverse. plus if u do it hard enough your gunna snap u joints, or twist your driveshaft like a candy cane

F it dude.. neutral drop that bitch. tack it out in neutral then slam it in drive. or better yet roll about 5 mph in a parking lot while making a left hand turn (so its posi) and slam that bitch in drive..
