yea its going to mess alot up. id start saving for a new trans right now, also ur rear end gear is prob. getting messed up. not to mention that the rear end gear is 60% weaker in reverse. plus if u do it hard enough your gunna snap u joints, or twist your driveshaft like a candy cane

 

My buddy used to do this in his ram van, needless to say it needed a trans a couple weeks later

 

ok how much damage do u think is left if i was going like 3 mph forward and then put it in reverse i never specified the speed
