Alright, first the seatbelt locks in place with it all the way retracted. I can't get it to loosen up so I take off the seat upolstry and get the seatbelt. Ipull out the seatbelt and get it to loosen up, but now it wont retract. Anyone got any ideas, on how to fix it and/or where I can find a cheap one to replace it? And what are the 2 electrical plugs on the seatbelt for. Thanks in advance for your help.
