from my knowledge, you will need the sport headlights (not really needed, but just for the right look) the sport grille, the sport front and rear bumpers and the taillights...i think that's the only things that are different then a non sport model....

You will need the "Sport" sticker to go on either side of your hood as well. Also, some Sports came with, instead of the regular "Ram 1500 V8" badges, they were like stickers instead. Also, the tailgate "Dodge" and "4X4" dcals on the tailgate, some Sports have a more 3-D look to them than the regular Rams.

You'll need a good chunk of change if you're gonna switch everything over, LMC has some of the better prices http://www.lmctruck.com/ I looked at switching an 01 Sport over to a Regular non sport, not really worth the cost in my opinion (this coming from a college student) and also had trouble finding straight affordable parts from salvage yards. If I remember right the different parts you'll need are, bumper, mounting brackets, headlights, grille, and seems like I'm forgetting something else

youre also going to need the fog lamps and you will need to extend the right side foglamp harness a little bit to reach the new foglamp youre probably also going to need to make some braces for the bottom of the bumper. there will be nothing that holds it on unless you buy the braces from somewhere.at first i didnt worry about it and i went wheelin' for about 10 seconds one day and with teh street tires couldnt make a hill climb and had to back off and when i did the bumper caught and about tore in half
