Default Coil Springs?

I was told that if I put Ram 2500 w/plow option front coil springs on my 2001 Ram 1500 w/off road package that it would level the truck out.

Has anyone done, or looked into this??

Thanks
Troy

i asked bout this sometime ago and i found that the 2500 springs will fit on a 1500 and it will give the truck a couple inches if ride height, so yes if u just put them in the front it will level it out just like buyin 2 inch level kit.

Unless i read your post wrong you said you HAVE the offroad package, therefore i am not sure that the 2500 coils will do you any good (besides make it a stiffer ride) as the offroad packages sit ruffly 2" higher then a normal ram 4x4 1500 and the 2500 coils will raise a normal rm by about 2". Not 100% sure though

did the 2500 spring conversion on my 2000 QC and got about 2.5" out of it. it did level the truck out some, maybe too much as I added a 2" rear lift after that
